"I like the immediacy of my wirework jewellery. Each piece, whether jewellery or hair ornament, is unique. When making, I enjoy exploring and creating new designs and techniques such as weaving, binding, stitching and knitting the wire. I like to incorporate beads (new and recycled) as well as small sentimental or symbolic trinkets. Colour and texture are important design elements.

"Brooches, earrings, pendants, hair clips, combs, bracelet, necklaces and tiaras are some of the pieces I make. The name 'wacky wire' is unpretentious, direct and says exactly what it is about."
